Hi Taki Moore here, I want to tell you a little bit about Social eCommerce by Stephan Spencer. This book’s great for three reasons. Number one, its not theory its case study based, which means the book is just chock full of here’s what a real business, did right now, to grow their business with social, and so its case study based, you learn what they did, and apply that to your business. Number two, the reason that I love this is cause its organized by industry sector in other words you don’t have to read the whole book, you just go hey if I got to fill an event, you just go to the even marketing bit and you read that bit and you learn what to do. Secondly, if you have a physical product business it will show you what to do there, if you have a digital product business it will show you what to do there, so you just jump straight to the bit that you need, you don’t have to read through the whole thing you just jump to exactly what you need and its got a prescription right here. The reason I think its really solid is because its written by Stephan, Stephan Spencer is an absolute legend, you might have seen his SEO book, this book here though, is incredibly thorough, its really detailed, its really precise so if you don’t want the theory or the fluff, you just want the what to do, why it matters and the strategy behind it, I think this is a book that will serve you really well. I hope you grab it, read it, and more importantly apply it and get some results too.

I have worked with Stephan for many years and can wholeheartedly recommend him to be your guide as you navigate the quickly changing currents of social ecommerce. He understands how strategic vision is nothing without tactical execution and vice versa. This book gives you both viewpoints – equipping you with both the tools and the overall plan you need to succeed. Let me conclude my recommendation by repeating an inscription Jeremy Schoemaker once wrote to me in his book: “Just F*cking Read It!” Note: Jeremy did not use the *
